Today our little man turned 4 weeks old. It was my first day back to work as well. I cried the whole way to work and fought back tears all day but knowing he was home with daddy put me at ease.
Cade also had a doctors appointment today, we have been having issues with sensitivity to formulas and excessive gas. It was determined that Cade does indeed have colic derived from a protein malabsorbtion. We are trying yet another specialized formula and a prescription medication to see if it helps ease some of his pain. On a much more positive note he is now weighing in at 8lbs 10oz. Cade has gained 2lbs in2 weeks!!! That is a serious growth spurt.
